The Car and Our Homeschool
You should know that field trips is one of my favorite parts of homeschooling. The entire month of September was without field trips which in the beginning of our carless month made the girls a bit sad (and me too) since we actually had a few fun outings planned such as the tie dye and ice cream social.

One of the biggest perks of home schooling is being able to create a schedule that best fits your family. Our family pretty much schools year round, and takes one full month off during the summer. This schedule allows us to take breaks during the year as needed.
