When I work with women in a coaching relationship, I am focused on the individual. You won’t find a one-size fits all plan with me because I recognize that each woman has obstacles and methods to get what’s important to her done.

Coaching is a co-creative relationship that helps you move from being stuck or uncertain about what’s next to having clear actions towards progression. We work together to create a plan specific to your needs.

Well-being coaching is focused on the whole person. We consider what will bring you joy in the long haul versus solely focusing on goals for the sake of goals. If you’re not inspired to do that thing, we work to figure out what you truly want to pursue. Well-being coaching takes into account all of what makes you who you are.
