Women's Virtual Monthly Journaling Workshop

This month’s theme covers priorities and habits.

You don’t have to have a steady journaling practice to participate in the monthly women’s journaling workshop. This space is open to beginner and advanced “journalers” alike. The environment is inviting, engaging, and intentional.

We’ll journal through at least three rounds of prompts to gain clarity, reflect, and experience gratitude, emphasizing joy.

Bring your journal, writing instrument, and your favorite beverage if you’d like.

What to expect

  • 75-minutes of guided journaling time with an experienced facilitator

  • a downloadable journaling guide with prompts for the workshop and after

  • community support

  • dedicated time for self-reflection and growth
