You don’t have to have a steady journaling practice to participate in the monthly women’s journaling workshop. This space is open to beginner and advanced “journalers” alike. The environment is inviting, engaging, and intentional.
We’ll journal through at least three rounds of prompts to gain clarity, reflect, and experience gratitude, emphasizing joy.
Bring your journal, writing instrument, and your favorite beverage if you’d like.
